Shipping Methods:

  • Our standard shipping method is Standard Ground to US Zip Codes within the Continental US and requires a street address for delivery. 

  • Most orders ship via FedEx Ground.  However, we reserve the right to use a substitute carrier, at no additional charge to you, as we find appropriate.

  • Shipments to US Zip Codes outside the Continental US or to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will incur additional charges.  See the shipping table below for prices. 

  • We also offer Priority Shipping for those times when time is of the essence.  Please select Priority as your shipping method during checkout. 

  • We are no longer shipping orders outside the US.

Shipping charges are based on the table below and are added to your order during Checkout. ***For orders over $200, if additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you prior to processing your order. 

  • *Orders shipping Standard Ground generally arrive within 3 - 7 business day from the day your package leaves our warehouse.  Residential deliveries are delivered Tuesday - Saturday.  Deliveries to commercial addresses (NON-residential) are delivered Monday - Friday.

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1 - 3 business days - with 90% of all in stock orders shipping the next business day following the day you placed your order. 
  • Although most orders are shipped complete, in the event that an item is on backorder, we will Email you with the estimated ship date.


Return Policy:

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please retain ALL packing materials as they may be required by shipper in order to process a damaged goods claim.
  • We are sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on Food Items or on Special Orders. For all other returns, simply call for a return authorization and return the item within 10 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly refund or exchange of the purchase price of the item. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you should need to return or exchange any item(s):
    • Please return the Packing Slip/Invoice you received with your order along with the items being sent back.
    • Item(s) being returned must be in manufacturer’s original carton, if applicable, and in resellable condition.
    • Used items will NOT be accepted for return.
  • When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. For your protection, insure the package for its value.
