Return Policy:
  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please retain ALL packing materials as they may be required by shipper in order to process a damaged goods claim.
  • We are sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on Food Items or on Special Orders. For all other returns, simply call for a return authorization and return the item within 10 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly refund or exchange of the purchase price of the item, not including shipping.
  •  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you should need to return or exchange any
    • Please return the Packing Slip/Invoice you received with your order along with the items being sent back.
    • Item(s) being returned must be in manufacturer’s original carton, if applicable, and in resellable condition.
    • Used items will NOT be accepted for return.
  • When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. For your protection, insure the package for its value.

Return the package prepaid (sorry, we cannot accept CODs). We strongly recommend shipping your return through FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS).
