Ingredients
5 cups broccoli
florets, washed and dried Method Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli** and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the minced garlic and continue to sauté until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Stir in the lemon juice. Sprinkle with almonds and a pinch of sea salt; gently toss to combine. Serve hot. Cook's Notes: *Crushed peppers are optional. The Santa Fe Pepper Bread Dipping Oil adds plenty of heat to this dish. Taste before adding optional crushed red pepper. ** To prevent the oil from spattering, make sure that the broccoli florets are thoroughly dried before adding to hot oil.
